All US citizens need to obtain visas before they visit China, we strongly suggest you to confirm your trip with us, and book your appointment with Chinese Embassy no later than April 15, 2025
Day 1: Hong Kong (Sunday, May 11, 2025)
- Arrive in Hong Kong (Please make sure you arrive at Hong Kong Int'l Airport by 12:00pm)
- You may stay a couple of days in Hong Kong if you choose to arrive early (at your own expense)
- We will send you Limo and pick you up from Hong Kong and go directly to Shenzhen, China
Day 2: Shenzhen (Monday, May 12, 2025)
- Big Day in Shenzhen
- Meet 400+ private label brands and manufacturers from South China at Hui Cross-Border eCommerce & Sourcing Conference (Shenzhen)
- You will have your own booth 9x9ft at the conference
Day 3: Shenzhen (Tuesday, May 13, 2025)
- 30-60 min. Featured Presentation to Introduce Your Service and Tools
- One on one meeting with sellers
- Drink at Penthouse Bar in Iconic Hotel Lobby in Shenzhen
Day 4: Ningbo (Wednesday, May 14, 2025)
- Take flight from Shenzhen to Ningbo;
- Check into hotel in Ningbo and take some rest
Day 5: Ningbo (Thursday, May 15, 2025)
- Big Day in Ningbo
- Meet 400+ private label brands and manufacturers from East China at Hui Cross-Border eCommerce & Sourcing Conference (Ningbo)
- You will have your own booth 9x9ft at the conference
Day 6: Ningbo (Friday, May 16, 2025)
- 30-60 min. Featured Presentation to Introduce Your Service and Tools
- One on one meeting with sellers
- In the afternoon, you will take express train from Ningbo to Shanghai
Day 7: Shanghai (Saturday, May 17, 2025)
- Relax in your hotel
- Have a city tour in Shanghai
Day 8: Shanghai (Sunday, May 18, 2025)
- Day tour in Shanghai, the Financial Hub of China and one of the biggest cities in the world
- Walk by the beautiful Bund to enjoy transition of the city in the past 150 years
- Have drink in a secret bar in Shanghai
Day 9: Zhengzhou (Monday, May 19, 2025)
- Take Flight from Shanghai to Zhengzhou
- Check into hotel in Zhengzhou
- Walk around in the old capital city of China
Day 10: Zhengzhou (Tuesday, May 20, 2025)
- Big Day in Zhengzhou
- Meet 400+ private label brands and manufacturers from Central China at Hui Cross-Border eCommerce & Sourcing Conference (Ningbo)
- You will have your own booth 9x9ft at the conference
Day 11: Zhengzhou (Wednesday, May 21, 2025)
- 30-60 min. Featured Presentation to Introduce Your Service and Tools
- One on one meeting with sellers
- Recap Party
Day 12: Beijing (Thursday, May 22, 2025)
- Take fast train from Zhengzhou to Beijing
- Fly home from Beijing and we will be looking forward to seeing you next year
- Optional: You can also choose to stay in Beijing for the weekend tour on 23th (Friday) and 24th (Saturday) of May, you are welcome to ask us for details.
