All US citizens need to obtain visas before they visit China, we strongly suggest you to confirm your trip with us, and book your appointment with Chinese Embassy no later than Oct 16, 2023
Day 1: Hong Kong (Sunday, May 12, 2024)
- Arrive in Hong Kong (Please make sure you arrive at Hong Kong Int'l Airport by 12:00pm)
- You may stay a couple of days in Hong Kong if you choose to arrive early (at your own expense)
- We will send you Limo and pick you up from Hong Kong and go directly to Shenzhen, China
Day 2: Shenzhen (Monday, May 13, 2024)
- Big Day in Shenzhen
- Meet 300+ private label brands and manufacturers from South China at Hui Cross-Border eCommerce & Sourcing Conference (Shenzhen)
- You will have your own booth 9x9ft at the conference
Day 3: Shenzhen (Tuesday, May 14, 2024)
- 30-60 min. Featured Presentation to Introduce Your Service and Tools
- One on one meeting with sellers
- Drink at Penthouse Bar in Raffles Shenzhen on the 71st Floor
Day 4: YiWu (Wednesday, May 15, 2024)
- Take flight from Shenzhen to YiWu where has the world's largest marketplace and thousands of Amazon Sellers for small commodities;
- Check into hotel in YiWu and take some rest
Day 5: YiWu (Thursday, May 16, 2024)
- Big Day in YiWu
- Meet 300+ private label brands and manufacturers from East China at Hui Cross-Border eCommerce & Sourcing Conference (YiWu)
- You will have your own booth 9x9ft at the conference
Day 6: YiWu (Friday, May 17, 2024)
- 30-60 min. Featured Presentation to Introduce Your Service and Tools
- One on one meeting with sellers
- In the afternoon, you will take express train from YiWu to Shanghai
Day 7: Shanghai (Saturday, May 18, 2024)
- Relax in your hotel
Day 8: Shanghai (Sunday, May 19, 2024)
- Day tour in Shanghai, the Financial Hub of China and one of the biggest cities in the world
- Walk by the beautiful Bund to enjoy transition of the city in the past 150 years
- Have drink in a secret bar in Shanghai
Day 9: Qingdao (Monday, May 20, 2024)
- Take High-Speed Railway from Shanghai to Qingdao
- Check into hotel in Qingdao
Day 10: Qingdao (Tuesday, May 21, 2024)
- Big Day in Qingdao
- Meet 200+ private label brands and manufacturers from North China at Hui Cross-Border eCommerce & Sourcing Conference (Ningbo)
- You will have your own booth 9x9ft at the conference
Day 11: Qingdao (Wednesday, May 22, 2024)
- 30-60 min. Featured Presentation to Introduce Your Service and Tools
- One on one meeting with sellers
- Visit Headquarter of the world famous Tsingtao Beer
- Recap Party
Day 12: Beijing (Thursday, May 23, 2024)
- Fly from Qingdao to Beijing
- We will organize a small seminar for you to get to know big sellers in Beijing
- Fly home from Beijing and we will be looking forward to seeing you next year
- Optional: You can also choose to stay in Beijing for the weekend tour on 24th(Friday) and 26th (Sunday) of May, you are welcome to ask us for details.
